PariPulse Affiliate Program

The process consists of a few steps. Most partners start on the same day.

• Register on the official paripulsepartners.com website and open an affiliate account.
• Take a referral link and, if needed, a promo code. Place them on a website, social channels, or other approved resources.
• Commission comes from the activity of new customers referred through the link. More active referrals can lead to higher commission tiers.

PariPulse Partners includes tools and services that help affiliates run campaigns with fewer issues and clearer tracking.

• Up to 50% commission: RevShare can reach 50% based on performance and traffic quality.
• Regular payouts: Payouts follow a weekly cycle when account conditions are met.
• Creative support: Our creative team prepares banners, landing concepts, and other materials for different formats.
• Personal affiliate support: Partners can contact an individual manager or support team for day-to-day questions.

Only affiliates who are 18+ may join. An affiliate is responsible for keeping login and password data safe. Loss of access due to poor security on the affiliate side is not our responsibility.

We may refuse cooperation with any affiliate. A reason may not be provided. We may also update program rules. The valid version of the agreement is the version published on the affiliate website. We send notices about significant changes by email or through another contact method stored in the affiliate profile.

Registration is allowed only once. Re-registration, including registration as a sub-affiliate, is not permitted.

Affiliate work involves placing advertising materials on the affiliate’s resources. The affiliate is responsible for the operation and content of those resources.

When placing advertising materials, the affiliate must follow:

• Applicable laws in the country where the materials appear;
• Regulator requirements where such rules apply;
• Basic ethical standards;
• Our moderation requirements.

Use only advertising materials that our team has approved. If an affiliate creates custom banners, texts, or videos, those materials must go through moderation before publication.

Materials must stay accurate and up to date. Examples of unacceptable materials include:

• incorrect bonus conditions or outdated promo terms;
• old creatives or wrong logos;
• any reference that links PariPulse branding to competitor websites.

If we detect materials that violate program rules, we may send a warning and request replacement. The affiliate must fix the issue within five business days. If the problem remains, we may block payments until the violation is resolved. Repeated offenses may lead to revised cooperation terms or account closure.

Promotion in countries where PariPulse services are prohibited is not allowed. Motivated or schematic traffic is also not allowed.

During registration, affiliates must provide clear information about traffic sources planned for use. Intentional concealment of sources is treated as a serious breach. Our moderation team monitors compliance. If questions appear, affiliates can contact support for clarification.

Affiliates must not copy the look of our websites or landing pages. Affiliate resources must not create an impression of official control by PariPulse or a direct connection that does not exist.

Use of logos, graphics, and marketing assets is limited to materials provided through the affiliate platform or approved by our team.

Affiliates must not:

• Register domains that include our brand name or close variations;
• Create social pages that look like official PariPulse pages;
• Publish web or mobile apps that can be confused with PariPulse products;
• Buy keywords or set ads based on our trademarks, including similar meta tags and search identifiers.

If these rules are breached, we may revise the cooperation terms and apply restrictions.

Affiliates may receive confidential information related to our operations and the affiliate program, including commission data. Disclosure to third parties is not permitted without our written approval. The confidentiality duty continues even after cooperation ends.

Affiliate earnings do not have a fixed value. They depend on the net profit generated by New Users and on traffic quality. After registration, the standard starting commission is 25% RevShare, calculated from our net profit from referred New Users.

If during three consecutive calendar months an affiliate brings fewer than 3 New Users, we may revise cooperation terms, reduce the commission rate, or suspend the affiliate account. Strong performance can lead to improved conditions, including higher commission tiers. Notice is sent through the contact method listed in the affiliate profile.

Earnings can be paid once per week, typically every Tuesday, for activity from Monday to Sunday of the previous week. Payouts require:

• Agreement with the affiliate manager on payout details;
• Earned funds above the minimum payout amount of $30;
• At least three referred players.

Funds available for withdrawal are based on fully settled activity. Income from unsettled events can remain on hold until final settlement. If the minimum payout threshold is not reached, the balance carries over to the next period. Negative balances also carry over.

We may delay payouts for up to 2 months due to technical issues or verification needs related to the affiliate or traffic sources. If a delay occurs, affiliates can request details from their manager.
