Acceptance, Updates, and Language
Registration requires acceptance of these Terms. Placing a bet also confirms acceptance.
We may update these Terms. When an update is announced, existing account holders may stop using the Website before the update takes effect. In most cases, the effective date is at least 2 weeks after publication of the notice.
Account holders confirm they act on their own behalf. Account holders confirm they are the beneficial owners of the account and funds, and they do not act as a proxy for another person.
Eligibility and Prohibited Persons
Use of the Website requires legal capacity to enter a contract with a bookmaker under local rules. The minimum age is 18, or higher if local law requires it. Minimum age never falls below 18. Betting is not permitted for:
- Persons under the legal age necessary;
- Persons who take part in an event connected to a bet (athletes, coaches, referees, club owners, club management, or other persons who can influence an outcome), and persons who act on their behalf;
- Persons who represent other bookmakers;
- Persons with gambling addiction problems;
- Persons barred from contracts with bookmakers under applicable rules.
Restricted Territories and Local Law
Access to the Website may be illegal in some jurisdictions. We do not target people who reside in places where betting or gambling is prohibited.
The following territories are forbidden: Australia, Curaçao, France, Netherlands, Spain, the U.S.A. (and U.S.A. dependencies), the United Kingdom, Aruba, Bonaire, Saba.
Website availability in a country, or display in a local language, does not mean legal permission exists there. Responsibility for checking local rules stays with the account holder. Account holders confirm that use of the Website is legal where they live. If needed, account holders should seek independent legal advice.
If we learn that an account holder resides in a place where Website use is illegal, we may close the account. Any remaining balance may be returned after deductions permitted by these Terms, including adjustments for winnings credited after the most recent deposit.
Accounts, One Account Rule, and Security
Only one account per person is permitted. Only one account per family is also allowed. Family and related limits may use identifiers such as address, email, IP address, device data, bank card data, e-wallet data, and other payment identifiers. People linked to a customer may face refusal when their link creates a breach of these limits.
Re-registration under a new name, a new email, or similar steps to bypass limits is not permitted.
Account holders must keep login data private. Activity under valid login details counts as activity by the account holder. If access by a third party is suspected, the account holder must notify us and change passwords for the Website and email. Sharing withdrawal codes or phone change codes with any third party is not permitted.
If an account is inactive for 3 months, we may block it. Security Team support is available for unblocking and related checks.
If an account is blocked, access to services linked to our websites may be restricted until we lift the block. Security contact: [email protected].
Verification and Documents
We may request documents or other proof at our discretion to confirm identity, address, payment method ownership, or other account data. We may pause payments until checks end. Verification methods may include:
- Document review;
- A video conference;
- A request for a video of documents;
- Postal submission of documents.
Verification may take up to 72 hours after we receive the required documents. In some cases, review of video materials may take longer, and the result may take up to 5 business days after a video conference. Review of video files may take up to 14 business days.
Refusal to pass verification may lead to restrictions, bet cancellation, account block, and a funds freeze until identity and deposit method ownership are confirmed.
Fraud, Abuse, and Account Action
We may restrict, block, or close accounts, and we may void bets, when we see actions such as:
- Duplicate accounts or attempted duplicate registration;
- Use of another person’s documents, invalid documents, edited documents, or forged documents;
- Repeated breaches of these Terms;
- Identity doubts or doubts about supplied data;
- Fraud, chargeback abuse, or similar conduct;
- Use of stolen or unverified cards or payment tools;
- Bets placed with prior knowledge of an event result;
- Direct influence over an event outcome;
- Coordinated group activity intended to bypass limits;
- Use of bots or automated betting systems;
- Use of glitches or technical faults to gain an advantage;
- Attempts to bypass restrictions or obtain an unfair advantage through bonus rules.
After review, we may take actions that fit the case, including:
- Blocking or closing accounts (including duplicates);
- Voiding bonuses and any winnings tied to them;
- Canceling winnings and returning the balance that existed at the start of the review (minus canceled winnings), at our discretion;
- Recovery of amounts owed to us from any related accounts, where lawful.
Bet Acceptance, Settlement, and Refusals
We may refuse any bet at our discretion. We may also refuse bets that conflict with public order or social standards.
All bets are settled based on data from our processing center and results we accept as official.
A bet is treated as won when every selected outcome on the bet slip is correct.
Winnings are paid within 30 calendar days after official publication of results for the last event on the bet slip.
Odds, limits, handicaps, totals, and other market terms may change after a bet is placed. The terms that apply remain those shown at the moment of placement.
Connection issues after confirmation do not cancel a bet.
Errors, Obvious Mistakes, and Void Bets
If a bet contains clear errors (for example, a misprint in an event list, an obvious mismatch between odds and a market, or acceptance against these Terms), we may declare the bet void. Void settlement is at odds of 1.
If odds are clearly wrong, settlement may use the effective odds that apply to the correct market, or settlement may move to odds of 1, depending on the case.
For Esports Live, refunds apply only when the event does not occur or when settlement does not take place through our system.
Integrity, Match Manipulation, and Unusual Activity
We support fair sport and oppose match manipulation, corruption, and related crime. We follow the goals of the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions (CETS No. 215) and associated rules.
We may void bets if suspicion or confirmation exists for:
- Match fixing or other foul play;
- Bets placed through another customer’s account;
- Account use by a third party;
- Unusual betting activity (type, size, volume, or pattern).
“Foul play” includes intentional loss by a favorite, match fixing under competition rules, or other breaches of sport rules for financial or competitive reasons.
If we suspect unsporting conduct, we may block betting on an event until a decision by a relevant body. If unsporting conduct is confirmed, related bets may be treated as invalid and settled at odds of 1. Evidence may remain internal.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Payment methods are listed in the Payments section. Withdrawal requests are processed 24/7, subject to checks. Key rules:
- Withdrawals must use the same payment details used for deposits;
- If multiple deposit methods were used, withdrawals may be processed in proportion to those deposits;
- Cash and cheques are not accepted;
- Payment instruments must belong to the account holder and may require additional checks.
Our Security Service may refuse withdrawals where:
- Deposits used certain e-payment systems that require additional checks;
- Withdrawal requests do not match betting activity tied to deposits;
- Account misuse is suspected, and verification is required.
When we assess betting activity linked to deposits, bets with minimal impact on balance may not count, including opposite-outcome patterns in games such as roulette, baccarat, craps, and dice.
Use of someone else’s e-wallet or payment details may be treated as suspicious. Such cases may lead to blocks or refusal of withdrawals.
Fees, Currency Conversion, and Financial Checks
Payment systems may charge fees. In some cases, we may decide not to reimburse those fees.
Currency conversion uses the exchange rate shown on our Website at the moment of processing. Rates may change during the day. Final amounts and the applied rate are shown in the deposit or withdrawal request details.
We do not take responsibility for indirect losses tied to exchange rate movement or conversion.
We may start payment verification and request additional data from a payment system. Account access may be restricted during financial checks. Under some payment system rules, checks may last up to 180 days.
Withdrawal processing time may take up to 7 business days, depending on the method.
During withdrawals, we may request documents to meet regulatory duties and reduce fraud risk. Requested items may include:
- An official photo ID (passport or driver’s license);
- Proof related to payment methods used;
- Other documents relevant to the case.
Documents must be submitted within 1 month of our request. Failure to submit may suspend withdrawals and may lead to loss of funds under applicable rules.
A service charge may apply for BTC transactions through blockchain systems.
Bonuses, Promo Codes, Gifts, and Tournaments
Bonus programs apply to registered customers only. Personal data fields in the account must be completed. Participation settings in the account area may be required.
We may review transaction records and logs. If we identify abuse or tactics that seek an unfair advantage, we may revoke eligibility and void bonus funds.
Only one bonus is permitted per person and per household, including shared address, shared device, shared IP, and shared payment details. Abuse may lead to account closure.
Identity checks may apply to bonus use. Failure to provide the requested KYC documents may result in loss of bonuses and related winnings. We may request a photo of the account holder holding an ID or a phone check. General bonus points:
- Some bonuses require wagering of the deposit amount before release;
- Bonus time limits apply; expired bonuses are lost;
- Only one gift may stay active at a time;
- Promo codes typically apply to the main wallet; use on other wallets may cancel progress;
- Once wagering is met, credited funds may appear within 24 hours, unless specific rules state another time.
Tournament participation requires registration through the relevant page. Prizes are credited within 72 hours after the tournament ends. Tie cases are settled in line with tournament rules. Only bets with real funds are counted.
Current bonus rules and campaign terms are published on the Bonus Program page on the Website. We may change, pause, or end any campaign at any time.
Cryptocurrency Transactions
Only cryptocurrencies and networks shown on our payment page are accepted. Transactions from unsupported tokens or networks may fail or be lost. Responsibility for such transfers stays with the sender.
Crypto deposits require sufficient blockchain confirmations before credit. Crypto withdrawals are processed only to verified wallets, and we may request proof of wallet ownership.
We may convert cryptocurrency balances into fiat or stablecoins for operational or regulatory reasons, with notice where feasible.
Crypto values can change quickly, and blockchain transactions are irreversible. Account holders accept these risks. AML screening applies. Transactions that look unusual, or that exceed internal limits, may require extra checks and extra time.
Match Results, Times, Postponements, and Complaints
We may revise settlement if incorrect results were used at first.
Event start time for settlement relies on official organizer documents, where available. If such documents are not available, we may rely on federation sites, club sites, and other sports information sources.
Dates and times shown in the Sports or Live sections are indicative. Differences between displayed time and actual time do not create a right to a refund.
Complaints about results must be submitted within 10 calendar days from the end of the event, when official documents exist. Complaints tied to spelling, transliteration, venue names, or tournament titles are not accepted as grounds for a refund.
General settlement notes:
- Bets placed after start time (except live bets) may be settled at odds of 1; in accumulators, such legs may be treated as 1;
- If a participant withdraws before an event starts, bets on that participant may be void;
- If a match is interrupted and resumes within 5 hours from start, bets stand; if not, unsettled bets may be settled at odds of 1, unless the outcome was already determined;
- If opponents change after markets were published, bets on that event may be canceled;
- If official and independent sources differ, we may use a video review or another independent source.
If a dispute arises for a case not described in these Terms, we may issue a final decision for that case.
Risk Warning and Location Misuse
Participation in games involves the risk of losing deposited funds. Online gambling may be illegal in some jurisdictions. We do not provide legal advice about local legality. Account holders use our services by personal choice and accept responsibility for legal compliance in their location.
Use of tools that hide true location or falsify geolocation is treated as a breach. Such cases may lead to refusal to open an account, suspension, closure, and withholding of winnings, with funds applied against damage caused by the breach.
Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by law, we do not compensate for indirect or incidental loss, including loss of profit. If liability applies under law, our total aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms does not exceed:
- The value of the relevant bets placed via the account for the product that caused the claim, or;
- EUR 10,000 in total, Whichever is lower.
Account holders should check service compatibility with their equipment and use reasonable precautions against harmful software.
Miscellaneous and Governing Law
Third-party links may appear on the Website. We do not control those sites and do not take responsibility for their content or availability. Visitors should review third-party terms and privacy policies.
Assignment by a customer requires our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a third party without customer consent, with notice on the Website, if that third party can provide a comparable service level.
Curaçao law governs these Terms. Disputes tied to these Terms or Website use fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted to reflect the intended meaning within legal limits, and the rest of the Terms remain effective.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach without prior notice. Notice of action will be provided promptly where appropriate. Failure to enforce a clause once does not waive future enforcement.
Use of the Website confirms that the customer has read, understood, and accepted these Terms. English remains the controlling version if any language difference appears.
